Is there functionality that would allow for additional attributes to be associated with the ServiceContract such that it can be exposed through the new WCF REST and WebGet functionality that is available in .NET 3.5? Also, it would be nice to be able to add generic attributes at times in case you want to add some additional layer like an AOP style to the implementation to provide some cross cutting functionality or something along those lines. If I have missed this in the current release I apologize. I am new to the product and am excited about employing it on a project, but I don't want to paint myself into a corner that prohibits me from extending the code later.

Addind eny additional attribute or other kind of "refactoring" in the generated code should be pretty easy since you can modify the text templates included withing the factory. You have some examples on how to do this in the Extensibility Hands-on Lab referenced in the home page of this site.
