Does anyone else think there needs to be some work done on the build/packaging side of WSSF?  I found a bug in WSSF and fixed it, but i am finding it seemingly impossible to simply repackage it and re-release it to my team.  It really shouldn't be that hard, in order for an "open source" community to survive you really need a streamlined build process.

Three suggestions are to list the prerequisites (FX Copy, VS SDK, etc), outline the PLK process better, and to find a way to not hard-code release/debug int he installers.  If these documents exists somewhere please let me know.

Take care.

I feel your paint and believe me that we are pretty close to get the new VSIX installer and many other new features in the upcoming WSSF v4 for VS2010.

Stay tunned!
