I am receiving resource error when ever creating a new WCF Solution. I try to fix this by repair the WCF December release but this message still appears while creating solutions. I can fix this by following the error. I get this reminder again after while following guidance packages, I am not sure if this has any impact on error “Visual Studio IDE disappears while creating data contract” I reported eelier in forums.
