The July 2006 service factory does not appear in the Add/Remove software window, yet it is installed, and I can not install the new DEC package because it detects that the old version is still installed. I suspect this may have been caused by our tech support team "reloading my profile" meaning that I think they copied an older version of my "Documents and settings" folder from the network to my desktop.
 
Any way to quickly clear this up so that I can install the new release?
