Description:
Fix for issue 11795 Web Service Software Factory (WSSF) compatibility issues with .VDPROJ files. (http://servicefactory.codeplex.com/WorkItem/View.aspx?WorkItemId=11795) .

I was having issues with a solution that contained wssf models as well as vdproj. When you tried to use the xsd picker it would result in crash. The issue is in UISolutionHierarchy line 71 the projectItems for the setup project are null, resulting in a crash. Simple fix is to surround the loading of the Hierarchy in an if block below.
