Error uninstalling previous version

I had ServiceFactorySource-v3b117 version on my laptop, for VS2005 and I have also the VS2008 beta 2 on Vista 32 French.

Before installing the waited v3 release for Orcas, I tried tu uninstall the v3b117 and it doesn't work : Here's the msiexec log file if it can help me :-)

Pretty sure the installer will install on the latest version of VS ( in your case VS 2008) ... You can change the reg key or unintsall lVS2008 .

Currently we're not supporting VS 2008 (beta or release versions). It's the next think in the pipeline and should be out shortly after VS ships.

I'd be happy to help with your uninstall issue but 2008 is pretty much an untested scenario.

Hi all, I've just forgot to specify that I was currently trying to install the modeling edition on VS2005, not VS2008.
The v3b117 which I actually cannot uninstall is also on VS2005.

GAT is also installed only on VS2005 IDE.

I was just specifying I also had VS2008 in case there were some known side effect :-)
