v3b71: Empty message contracts

To prepare my service contracts for the future, I'd like to add empty message contracts instead of using void as the return type of my service operations. In fact, I think I've seen Microsoft guidance about this somewhere.

However, I always get validation warnings when I try to do this. I'd like to turn off validation for this specific kind of warning. Notice that I do think validation is really helpful.

Currently ths isn't something you can modify in the validation rules. Many of the validation rules have been externalized into the ruleset configuration but this one i stil in the DSL. You can look or edit them in the ruleset.config file in the Service Factory Guidance Package folder.

I've filed a bug on this particular use case as we should look at externalizing this rule into the ruleset.
